Why Survivors Anonymous exists
Born from the gap
between surviving
and living.
Some spaces understand addiction. Others understand trauma. Survivors Anonymous was created to hold the complex territory where survival strategies, identity, relationships, and recovery meet.
The origin
What kept us alive
may not help us heal.
That distinction is the beginning of this work.
Survivors Anonymous reframes protective patterns with context and compassion. It recognises the intelligence of survival while making room for new ways of relating to ourselves, other people, and the future.
It does not ask survivors to bypass pain or become someone else. It offers language, structure, and connection so change can happen without shame.

The published book
A structured guide for recovering from complex trauma.
Part education, part reflection, and part community framework.
The book begins with the foundations of trauma and coercive control, follows a twelve-step recovery pathway, and closes with practical readings and values for peer-led meetings.
